Our Virtual Reality Simulators offer an incredibly realistic Cycling experience, riders are offered a range of circuits to complete (long or short, flat or hilly) through towns and villages or through fields and valleys, superb graphics, excellent racing fun or just cruising along with cows mooing in the meadows and church bells ringing.

The
cycle is fitted into the frame and a roller is mounted very tightly against
the rear wheel, when a cyclist pedals the roller turns and a series of
sensors accurately record the speed at which they are pedalling and relays
the information to a high spec pc, the pc is loaded with a software
programme containing a virtual world (fields and villages etc.) through
which the cyclist can ride, they can see themselves on the LCD monitor and
they can hear the Church bells, dogs barking and cows in the meadows etc.
Standard Simulator set ups are offered with high quality ATBs, we normally specify cycles from the Trek or Giant ranges but can work with almost any brand or type of cycle on request, we will be happy for you to provide your own bicycles if you wish (subject to suitability and your agreement to maintain them) By using various course lengths and difficulty levels we can adjust turnaround times to suit your schedules and plans.
Our most popular course is or shortest course, this features a virtually flat terrain, is 1 mile long and takes typical, reasonably fit riders in the region of 3 - 3.5 minutes to complete As with the entire Entents range you will find our emphasis is on fun but we can help you to deliver an important message Sustainable Transport We offer a full package to support our virtual cycle set ups, Outdoor packages with mini marquees, support vehicles and electricity generator. For indoor exhibitions you will find our simulator packages compact, well presented and with a huge range of display options. High quality computers with high grade graphics and a superb software package, riders have to pedal their way along a pre-arranged course, when they come to a hill the unique resistance mechanism on the rear wheel creates a 'load' and the rider either has to step up their effort or change down just as they would for real. An eye level indicator leads the way and the rider has to steer their way around the roads on screen. |
