Fund Raising Race Night Hire
Enterleisure
have been involved in the Race Night business since 1991, we have assisted
fund raisers with Charity Race Night services all over the UK and into
Europe. Our tote tickets have serial numbers and we will not preview the
races, Race Night previews were outlawed a number of years ago with good
reason, it prevents unscrupulous Race Night operators from putting a 'plant'
in the audience, recognising the preview and backing the winner. We will not
take a 'cut' of the profits, we will quote you a price to run your race
night, we will expect you to pay it and no more.

The
format for running good race Nights is simple, we show great
races, use professional comperes and Tote Staff, show professionally
produced Race Night Video Footage with powerful projectors on high grade
screens. We take a pride in our pa systems and clarity of voice and picture
is at the top of our priorities.

are planning on ringing around to shop for the lowest Race Night price
please do not ring us, we provide high quality race nights at a fair price
but are rarely the cheapest Race Night operator that you will find but we
are probably not the dearest either

The Races
Our Race Night packages use Digicam
originated footage or to put it simply, the races use the latest technology
and that means great quality video & sound for Race Nights
All of our
Race Night films have Eight Runners, that is the way
The Gambling Commission likes it so that is
the way we do it, it is the industry standard.
A
professional Race Night commentary is an essential part of any quality Race
Night presentation, you will find that the horses are referred to by number only so you can give
them any name you like and we can run the races at random.
An on screen
visual display shows the Race Night positions which is very useful when the
shouting gets to loud to hear the commentary.
At the end
of the race an official results board is shown on screen to
avoid any confusion over which horse won the race. |

ups. We also have a wide range of PA systems to enable us to specify the

old VHS tapes.

our largest Filmed Race Night evening was played to an audience of 400
guests including a number of Horse Racing Celebrities but we have provided
smaller, shows for UK Race Night audiences of thirty or less. We include
multiple screen options including 100", 80", 60" & 50" projection as well
as High Definition LCD screens on tall stands in 32" and 42" sizes.

Unusual
or Awkward Shaped Venues
We keep a
stock of screens large and small as well as very long cable runs and Video
Amplifiers to maintain the highest possible picture quality, this is
often the case when setting up a Race Night in marquees where there is often
a lack of height at the edge of the marquee and organisers worry that the
resultant low setting of the Race Night screen may mean that it cannot not
be seen by everyone, we will be happy to quote you for supplying extra
screens and cable runs to make sure that everybody has a great view of the
Race Night action.

filmed Horse Race Night footage and commentary and you have a winning format
for great Race Nights.

Always
one of our most popular attractions, this is great fun and potentially a
very lucrative Fund Raising addition to a Race Night, players pay to
compete, the money goes to the cause and a suitable Trophy is awarded.
