Casino Self Deal Hire Entents are one of the longest established Sporting Entertainment Companies in the UK, established in 1989, we hold well maintained and attractive stocks of Roulette, Black Jack, Poker and American Craps tables in our centrally based warehouse. We deliver all over the UK and most of Europe
Increasingly over the last few years we are encountering more and more experienced players who, having played either for real in the expanding number of real casinos here in the UK or, through playing at fun casinos or even with play casino equipment given them as gifts know an awful lot about the games. Enough to enable them to act as a croupier at a Fun Casino event. When you book we send you a set of instructions & rule cards, on the day of the event we deliver the tables and equipment, set them up for you and return at the end of the evening to collect them. The tables and equipment are authentic and full sized.
Fund Raisers, the truth........ If you plan to sell fun money/gaming chips to your guests, this should be approached with care, you cannot advertise the event to the public (although, as we understand it, clubs can advertise to their membership through newsletters etc.), you cannot award a cash prize and the fun casino must be secondary to the bar/raffle/disco etc., we suggest that you consult the Government Web Page (the last paragraph does suggest that the author does not actually understand how a fun casino played with fun money actually works however). Finally, we also suggest that fund raisers might wish to contact their local Police Station and speak to the licensing officer before proceeding with a fund raising event, we do not recommend asking the first policeman that you meet for advice, in our experience they rarely know anything about this type of event (too busy studying political correctness manuals), you really must speak to an officer who knows. |
Volunteer Croupiers
We recommend running a Fun Casino event for 2 - 2.5 hours (sometimes 3 hours). Advice The most popular games are Black Jack & Roulette, the others are far less popular, it is no coincidence that Roulette & Black Jack are easier to learn, we send clear instructions for how to play (from the croupiers side of the table) in advance of the event.
Other advice, remember that you are a volunteer, nobody expects you to be perfect (keep the rules card open on the table) and never forget that you are only playing for fun money, if there is a dispute you can cheerfully hand over a few chips to the complainant even if you think that you are right and they are wrong. Never let tem cheat though! Above all treat the whole thing for what it is.... Great Fun

Organisers The Cost: We deliver all over the UK and an awful lot of Europe, it is impossible to quote a 'one size fits all price' here, e-mail us with details of whereabouts (which town or village etc.) and roughly when you are planning your event for and we will come back to you with an accurate price guide.
Substantial Savings There are substantial savings to be made, wages and travel costs for croupiers make up a substantial part of the charges that we make and if you are fund raising this will have an enormous effect on the amount that your cause will benefit by.
More Fun Whenever we collect equipment from a Casino Self Deal Hire event we are greeted by beaming volunteers who are oozing with confidence.....'sure the first few deals were a bit shaky but once I got going....' Give Us A Break If you book 2 tables arrange to have four volunteer croupiers to operate in shifts, that way the task is none too onerous and you are building a 'bank of croupiers' for future events.
